It’s hard to believe it, but Christmas is already right around the corner 🧑🎄 And as much as we should probably have spent a bit of time thinking about gifts and Christmas dinners - we’ve been far too busy thinking up some yummy Christmas specials!
That’s right, the pumpkins have come and gone and as much as we enjoyed them there’s no time to miss them when we’re busy cooking up a storm with all our favourite winter ingredients. We love Christmas baking and while making healthier, more nutritious snacks and meals is always rewarding, everything is a little more special at Christmas 😃
It’s not always easy providing for people with dietary restrictions when preparing big family meals or parties (let alone being that person!), or just worrying about having some slightly healthier options available at a time of year when we are all letting loose and enjoying a few more naughties than usual. You know, in anticipation of those new diets we’ll be starting in January 😉 But don’t worry - we’ve got your back. Healthier options, dietary concerns, none of this has to come at the price of yummy food. In fact, our Pecan Cheesecake Bites started out life as one of our earliest (and most successful!) attempts at finding a Christmas dinner dessert that Chrissy could enjoy as much as the rest of us (full disclosure; they were then about four times the size, so…. maybe have four of them?)
After much discussion, we finally whittled our list down to four (of which one also has a vegan option), which we can’t wait to share with you. Naturally, there will be Mince Pies (this is the one that also has a vegan option), Goats Cheese, Chive & Walnut Scones, Beetroot & Cranberry Loaf (also vegan) and, finally, Ginger Cake Bites.
We’re just finalising them now (multiple taste tests are crucial you know…) & will be back with full details and to launch them very soon.

There will be art, jewellery, candles, readings, aromatherapy, massage and more, and of course we will be offering snack samples and an opportunity to buy some food! We look forward to seeing you there!
