Health Coaching - is it for you?
Did you know….. chrissy cooks for me is just part of what we do?! Whilst we are passionate about diet and nutrition, we take a holistic view to health and wellness that also includes movement, sleep and emotional wellbeing. The majority of us could use some support in one, if not all, of the following areas - how about you?:

These four areas all impact each other (for better or for worse!) and all deserve some time and attention. When was the last time you paid attention to your routines and thought about the effect your final meal of the day could have on your sleep quality, considered what your sleep quality is doing to your stress levels, or the effect of your stress levels on your weight….?
