For Foil Containers:
- Oven cook from frozen

Preheat your oven to 190 degrees celsius. Place the foil tray on a baking sheet, remove the lid, and bake on the top shelf for 40-45 minutes or until piping hot throughout and crispy on top (from chilled ~35 minutes)
For Pots:

*Microwave for two-three minutes (from chilled) or five-six minutes (from frozen), stirring occasionally, until cooked through

Cook over a medium heat in a non-stick pan on the hob until piping hot throughout
*Remove lid and transfer to a microwave safe dish once loosened
