*Microwave for two-three minutes (from chilled) or five-six minutes (from frozen), stirring occasionally, until cooked through

Can be cooked from frozen in the oven - transfer to an oven-safe container, cover and cook at 190 degrees celsius for 40-45 minutes, stirring part way, ensuring product is piping hot throughout before serving

*Remove lid and transfer to a microwave safe dish once loosened
