Our Food Philosophy
Eating healthily doesn’t mean having to miss out. We believe in nourishing the body and eating in a way that’s enjoyable and therefore sustainable. Our frozen, minimally processed dishes are made without the use of meat, *wheat, and refined sugar, and are low in dairy. While many of them are vegan- and diabetic-friendly for example, our range does not conform to a specific diet, nor is it always low in calories. Our approach is based on using the most nutritious ingredients we can without sacrificing taste, and making sure that every calorie in our delicious home-cooked meals counts.

*Wheat Free
No wheat- or gluten-containing ingredients are used in our cooking, however, we do cook in a home environment containing gluten - call us for more details.
Naturally Sweetened
We don't add refined sugars to our cooking - we sweeten only minimally using mostly dates, honey & maple syrup
Frozen
All our foods are frozen for your convenience - full instructions on how to store and defrost/cook our products are provided on the order page & packaging!
Homemade
As much as possible is made from scratch such as homemade stock and pasta, and we don't use ingredients with additives or preservatives
