store frozen until ready to use.

Defrost

in the fridge overnight

Heat (from chilled)

Microwave for a couple of minutes, stirring occasionally, until cooked through

Cook in a non-stick pan on the hob until piping hot throughout

Rice can be cooked from frozen in the oven - transfer to an oven-safe container, cover and cook at 180 degrees celsius for 20-25 minutes, stirring part way, ensuring product is piping hot throughout before serving
