Autumn Special: Roasted Vegetable Lasagne


We’re back with the first of our autumn specials & huge thanks to all of those who came to our latest Health Talks workshop on movement & exercise!


We’d like to begin with thanking all of you who took time out of your day to come to our latest workshop - it was the third in our five part series and this one centred on the second pillar of wellness: Movement & Exercise.





As always, we had a great time spending the afternoon with you and we hope you took away some useful info (or just had a nice time, that works too!) We have our next workshop on October 12th and it will be focused on Sleep & Energy. Next, we’d like to announce the first of our autumn specials: Roasted Vegetable Lasagne.



Layers of homemade gluten free pasta rolled out in our kitchen, plenty of roasted veggies seasoned with some aromatic herbs, combined with a rich and creamy mix of homemade tomato and béchamel sauces. Finally, a generous sprinkle of three-cheese topping - oven bake to crisp up the top and really finish it off!


You may have already enjoyed our Hearty Lentil Lasagne, which is available year-round & if so you’re bound to love this slightly lighter, creamier version - give it a go!



And this is only the first of our delicious autumn specials! We’ll be back next month with a couple more, including a sweet treat we’ve been working on for a while now…
