Introducing: Cacao & Hazelnut Break Bars

A new variant on our popular Chewy Fruit & Nut Break Bars & many thanks to all those who attended our most recent 'Health Talks Workshop on Diet & Nutrition'!

Hello all - we hope your summers are going well & you’ve all been able to enjoy the lovely weather we’ve finally been getting (I’m afraid I may have jinxed it just by writing that - apologies if it now rains today!🤦🏻‍♀️).

We’d like to introduce you to a new addition to our menu, one which we hope you’ll love as much as we do. Since the earliest days of our business - earlier even, since Chrissy first began suffering from ME/CFS and we had to look into diet changes - one of our favourite and most popular products has been our Chewy Fruit & Nut Break Bars. And why not? These bars have a lot going for them after all! But now you can also indulge in the deliciousness of our Fudgy Cacao & Hazelnut Break Bars - packed with protein, healthy fats, and natural sweetness, they're a guilt-free treat.

We started making the Chewy Fruit & Nut Break Bars as a healthy alternative to buying breakfast bars which, one way or another, tend to contain various quantities of sugar and are often very processed. One of our favourite snack bars, however, happens to be of the chocolate and hazelnut variety and although it took us a little time, we’ve finally gotten around to making our own healthy version. Owing to the fact that they also contain plenty of nuts and oats (cashew and hazelnut in this case as opposed to almonds), they’re also full of protein, healthy fats and fibre. They’re also, as with all our products, only naturally sweetened using small amounts of pure Canadian maple syrup and organic medjool dates for that extra chewiness!

So, what are you waiting for? Give our new Fudgy Cacao & Hazelnut Break Bars a try today!

Just before we go, we’d like to thank all those who attended our most recent Health Talks Workshop on Diet and Nutrition. There’s always far more to convey than we can ever fit into a 2 hour slot but it was great to see everybody so actively participating. We both really enjoyed it and we certainly hope you all did too.

We’ll be back with another one on Sep 14th talking about Movement & Exercise and we hope to see some of you there! Just click here for more info or to RSVP.

Until then - take care!
