(Healthy) Meal planning begone!

Happy February folks! And how is 2024 treating you so far? Keeping up those new year's resolutions or did they go the way of dry January 🤔? Well, February is already racing by and with March this year comes Easter and we all know what that means….

Yes, the great chocolate festival looms once more as anybody who has stepped foot in their local Tesco’s lately can attest to. For those of us trying desperately to cling on to our resolutions to cut down on the junk food and get into some healthier eating patterns it can be a challenging time. But we’re here to help 😉


We’ve put together some handy meal packages to help take some of the stress out of planning a healthy diet. We’ve got five-day packages for healthier snacking, convenient lunches and delicious dinners available now. Vegan alternatives and curry nights are also available.
